Each section is described in more detail below.
Hardwood installation involves laying planks of hardwood flooring — such as straight plank, chevron, herringbone, parquet, — in a space to create a durable and attractive surface. The process includes preparing the subfloor, acclimating the wood, and selecting the appropriate installation method, such as nail-down, glue-down, or floating.

Hardwood Floor Sanding
Hardwood floor sanding is the process of smoothing and refinishing a hardwood floor to restore its appearance and remove surface imperfections. Using specialized sanding equipment, multiple passes are made with progressively finer grits of sandpaper to eliminate old finishes, scratches, and dents. Sanding enhances the wood’s natural beauty, prolongs its lifespan, and gives the floor a refreshed, new appearance.
Hardwood Floor Staining & Finishing
Hardwood staining and refinishing is a process that enhances the appearance of a hardwood floor by changing its color and restoring its protective finish. After sanding the floor to remove old finishes and imperfections, a stain is applied to achieve the desired hue, highlighting the wood’s natural grain. Once the stain is dry, protective topcoat’s are applied to seal the surface, adding durability and shine. This process revitalizes worn floors, bringing back their beauty while providing long-lasting protection.
Buff and Coat Existing Floor
Buffing and coating a hardwood floor is a process used to restore its shine and smoothness without the need for sanding. The floor is first buffed using a machine to smooth out imperfections and create a more even surface. After buffing, a fresh coat of protective finish is applied to seal the wood and add durability. This process revitalizes the floor, giving it a refreshed look while extending its lifespan.
Stages
Installing a new stage floor or resanding an existing one restores both appearance and performance, creating a smooth, durable surface built for heavy use. The process begins by installing the subfloor system designed for your specified stage floor. This ensures the system will be level, secure, and durable. Stage floors are created with various floor types such as stagelam, hardwood, masonite, plyron, etc—the decision is up to you! For resanding, the existing finish is removed and the wood is sanded in stages to eliminate wear, scratches, and imperfections. The floor is then finished with high-quality finish or paint, to protect the surface and enhance its look. Whether installing new flooring or refinishing an existing stage, professional craftsmanship ensures a long-lasting, safe, and visually impressive result.
Wood Athletic Floors
Athletic floors can be new or repaired. Installing a new gym floor begins with preparing the subfloor, ensuring it is clean, level, and properly moisture-controlled to support long-term performance. A system is then installed, often using sleepers, pads, or panel systems designed to provide shock absorption and stability for athletic use. Maple or other sport flooring is laid with precision, allowing proper expansion spacing and fastening to maintain structural integrity. Once the flooring is installed, the surface is sanded smooth, sealed, and finished to create a uniform playing surface. Court lines, logos, and markings are then measured and painted, completing a durable, high-performance gym floor built to withstand heavy traffic and competitive play. If a floor needs to be repaired we can patch, replace, resand, repaint lines, and refinish what is needed given your specific needs.
Repairs
Hardwood repair work is a meticulous job that restores damaged or worn areas while preserving the integrity and appearance of the existing floor. Whether addressing water damage, board replacement, or surface imperfections, repairs are completed with careful attention to matching species, grade, and finish. The goal is a seamless result that blends naturally with the surrounding floor and extends its life for years to come.

Attention to detail and proper techniques guarantee long-lasting performance and a polished appearance for any commercial space.
